The land of the project was chosen very carefully, where the sun and air reach 100%. The percentage of buildings in the Compound is only 23% and 78% are green areas and services. The road network and the movement of cars and garages will be under the ground of the Compound 70% of the total land area of the project and this design is implemented in Egypt for the first time.
