Central capital

Amer Group’s Central Capital is the most prominent administrative structure in the New Capital. With its prime location in the heart of the business district, directly in front of the National Bank of Egypt, Central Bank, Banque du Caire, the structure is situated on a 4495m² / 1.07 feddan plot of land. It has three basements, a ground level, and seven floors. There are 120 offices in total, with sizes ranging from 30 m? to duplex units 930 m². The capital city of new Cairo lies 35 kilometers east of Cairo between the regional ring road, Cairo-Suez road & Cairo-El Ain El Sokhna road
