The101

The well-known El Attal Holdings Group developed 101 Compound in partnership with the land owner, the Arab Contractors Company. Stretching over a land area of 101 acres, the project is a full-service commercial, administrative, and residential one. The 101 project’s exterior design was made under the supervision of a Spanish engineering consultant, “Xavi Villata.”
