Orientals for Urban Development (OUD) is the developer of the Heliopolis Hills Compound project in El Obour and was established in 1994 with the real estate boom in the Egyptian market at the time.This company is among about 26 other companies owned by the famous Oriental Weavers Company.The company's investments amounted to about 3 billion dollars, and it submitted about 23 completed projects and invested about 47,000 square kilometers.
