Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
Monitor the properties market to identify individuals with interest in properties to convince them and secure the deal.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Approach of new sales channels & self-generation of leads
Determine clients’ needs, preferences & financial abilities to propose suitable property
Cooperate with existing and new brokers to open new channels.
